Section 1: Reports defined by The Health Foundation

1.     SER - our completed Self-Evaluation proforma (75 pages).

2.     Narrative:  The Quality:MK story summarises the ideas that underpin Quality:MK. It describes how the programme came into being, how it was taken forward and how it will continue in future. The paper provides a narrative to introduce and contextualise the documentary evidence that comprises our final report to The Health Foundation, July 2010. (9 pages)

3.     The EwQPC tables. These show all the data sources available. These are archived and available to you on request. (8 tables; 23 pages)

 

This reporting is complemented and supplemented by the following:

 

Section 2:  Programme overview plus external qualitative evaluation

1. Summary of the entire programme - including key project outcomes (4 pages)

2. Qualitative evaluation

  • A summary of the findings of the qualitative evaluation of Quality:MK by SPH (11 pages)
  • The full report of the findings of the qualitative evaluation of Quality:MK by SPH

3. The Quality:MK story - our narrative on our thinking on the programme, as requested at our meeting in February. (13 pages)
